Remote part-time/contract CPA/Accountant responsible for preparing federal and Texas business tax returns, ensuring Texas franchise tax compliance, year-end financials, reconciling books, tax planning, multi-entity accounting, payroll tax review, and supporting audits and tax notices while advising leadership.
