Provides technical analysis and strategic account support for SaaS customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting product issues, analyzing data with backend tools, managing escalations to Engineering, supporting strategic enterprise customers, evaluating custom technical solutions, assisting pre-sales, monitoring risks, and coordinating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

Lead product security architecture and offensive testing, including threat modeling, architecture reviews, penetration testing across web applications, APIs, mobile clients, and cloud infrastructure, secure design definition, code reviews, and remediation validation. Partner with engineering teams on authentication, authorization, data protection, trust boundaries, and cloud-native security while communicating risks and leading cross-functional security initiatives.

Support end-to-end onboarding of HR, payroll, benefits, and leave clients. Configure HRIS platforms, migrate and validate employee and payroll data, establish benefits EDI and GL integrations, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, maintain implementation plans, and ensure smooth handoffs to service teams. Owns the V2X DC bidirectional charging product from late-stage design through validation, certification, launch, and ramp. Responsibilities include managing suppliers and internal engineering, driving board development, safety and utility approvals, automotive OEM compatibility, business-case economics, gate reviews, go-to-market readiness, and initial field performance. The role serves as the single accountable decision-maker and promotes AI-enabled product development and execution.

Support senior leaders by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, communications, presentations, action items, and confidential information. Coordinate cross-functional priorities, prepare executives for meetings, track follow-ups, improve workflows, and support special projects in a fast-paced healthcare organization.
