Create and publish social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok; engage with community comments and messages; track performance using Adobe Express analytics powered by Metricool; prepare simple reports; and support campaign and content-series planning. This is a fully remote, unpaid three-month internship requiring 5–10 hours weekly, with mentorship and portfolio-building opportunities.

Design and lead scalable, secure, highly available database infrastructure for multi-terabyte SQL Server environments. Set technical direction for data architecture, performance, real-time pipelines, security, and growth. Develops and manages DoD and Federal business opportunities, customer relationships, and multi-year revenue pipelines. Conducts market and competitive research, identifies and qualifies opportunities, tracks pipeline metrics, supports RFIs and Sources Sought responses, and assists capture and proposal managers with capture plans, gate reviews, and proposal development. Requires familiarity with DoD acquisition, federal opportunity data-mining tools, business development processes, and customer engagement.

Lead legal talent acquisition strategy for the law firm by maintaining candidate pipelines, building sourcing partnerships, forecasting staffing needs, coordinating hiring processes, managing offers and background checks, supporting onboarding, and optimizing recruiting tools and processes. The role requires autonomous stakeholder management, strong communication, candidate engagement, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Provides post-sale support for approximately 20 healthcare client accounts, handling emails, cases, calls, claim reviews, patient balances, and demographic issues. Advises practice staff on revenue cycle best practices, resolves transactional questions within SLAs, identifies recurring problems, escalates complex issues, and recommends workflow, documentation, training, and risk-mitigation improvements. The role also identifies client pain points and potential expansion opportunities.
