Operational owner for enterprise event and MarTech platforms: administer configurations, manage event assets and templates, validate integrations and data flows, troubleshoot registration and syncing issues, run PAT/UAT testing, maintain runbooks, and collaborate with Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Web teams to ensure scalable, reliable event and campaign operations.

Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise job scheduling systems. Resolve escalated incidents, perform system maintenance (patching, health checks), document SOPs, participate in projects, schedule changes, and support production migrations and disaster recovery.

Manage a book of digital advertising clients, oversee campaign setup and optimization (display, video, OTT, mobile, lead gen), produce reporting, respond to RFPs with Excel/PowerPoint proposals, collaborate with Ad Ops and Publisher Development, manage DSP clients, and support upsells and renewals to meet KPIs and client satisfaction.

Set up and maintain client coding and reporting tables, audit accrual data, produce government and standard reports, and define client requirements for custom reporting. Collaborate with clients and internal teams, validate and update payroll/PSL data, and ensure data accuracy.

Provide administrative support to the VP and leadership team: manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, and events; prepare presentations, reports, and mailings; greet clients and manage office tasks 2–3 days/week in Denver; maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; coordinate board, committee, and external provider meetings; support special projects and facility/logistics needs.

Build and own backend, data architecture, and integrations for operations. Replace manual workflows with automations and AI agents, ship internal tools, ensure reliable data flows, monitoring, and documentation, and support production systems used by ops.

Provide in-house legal counsel across the Americas on commercial contracts (SaaS, licensing), employment matters, corporate governance, privacy, compliance, and AI governance. Negotiate agreements, support HR and cross-functional stakeholders, implement legal operations and AI-enabled workflows, coordinate external counsel, and contribute to process and policy development to manage enterprise risk and support growth.
