Lead product vision, roadmap, and P&L for lending, F&I menu, and contract management. Partner closely with engineering on architecture, own backlogs and KPIs (approval rates, time-to-fund, error rates), manage lender/eSignature/document partner relationships, and ship AI-powered lender matching, credit decisioning, and menu optimization features with compliance and scalability.

Lead strategy and delivery for Sureify's external-facing API platform (including IRI DFA). Define roadmap, author API specs, engage carriers, represent Sureify in standards groups, evangelize the product, and partner with engineering, sales, and professional services to build a scalable, developer-friendly API suite.

Own enterprise customer relationships from post-sale through renewal and expansion. Support the Controller in accounting and financial operations: review reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger activity, month and year-end close, audit and Form 990 preparation, maintain accounting policies and controls, assist subsidiaries' financial reporting, and provide guidance to staff.

Contract SME to develop and execute an experimental test program for a two-phase nozzle: design thrust measurement, characterize spray and mixed-phase flow, collect and analyze pressure/temperature/flow data, reduce variables, recommend instrumentation and fixtures, and improve nozzle performance and test methodology.

Provide cradle-to-grave acquisition and contract management support for CDC OAS including acquisition planning, market research, solicitation development, evaluation and award support, post-award administration, FPDS reporting, and electronic procurement file maintenance while ensuring compliance with FAR, HHSAR, and agency policies.

Lead the investment accounting function, ensuring reliable reporting, team management, and strategic alignment with investment activities and governance.

Review and quality-check field investigation reports, provide guidance and feedback to investigators, track and prioritize pending cases, schedule additional leads, assist with customer complaints and QA interviews, prepare statistical reports, and support PMs and managers to ensure timely, accurate submissions.

Operate and monitor spacecraft telemetry, investigate anomalies, plan and execute payload commissioning, develop and validate flight procedures and automation scripts, coordinate passes and activity logs, mitigate operational risks, and support continuous improvement of satellite operations.

Manage and grow wireless module and SOM/SBC sales across the Southeast US. Develop territory revenue strategy, maintain key account relationships, drive opportunities to close, mentor sales engineers, optimize target accounts, and keep CRM forecasts accurate. Travel up to 30%.
