Lead and deliver SaaS implementations: plan projects, capture requirements, manage testing, data migration, integrations, client communication and launch support. Coordinate stakeholders, mitigate risks, ensure timely delivery and drive early product adoption.

Assist walk-in and phone customers to sell and process orders, perform data entry and invoicing, handle returns/warranty issues, estimate deliveries, and support receiving, shipping, and warehouse tasks. Provide strong customer service and product knowledge while securing payments and resolving complaints.

Design a wide range of B2B marketing assets—digital ads, social, PowerPoint, print, and web—ensuring brand consistency, preparing production-ready files, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to support demand generation and sales enablement.

Lead an AI-native product end-to-end for SMB customers: discover problems, run hypothesis-driven experiments, prototype rapidly with AI tools, own funnel metrics (activation, conversion, retention, monetization), and ship fast alongside engineers.
