Lead design, implementation, commissioning, and optimization of automation, robotics, PLCs, HMIs/SCADA, and vision-based inspection systems. Mentor engineers, standardize global automation platforms, and recommend strategic improvements to improve OEE, throughput, quality, and cost efficiency.

Build and execute lifecycle marketing programs to drive repeat bookings and referrals. Own segmentation, journey architecture, and multi-channel campaigns (email/SMS/push). Partner with Product on personalization and loyalty, measure retention metrics and cohort analytics to improve LTV and second-booking rates.

Provide senior program management support for Submarine Industrial Base and AUKUS initiatives, ensuring compliance with export controls, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Act as liaison among USG, foreign partners, suppliers, and internal teams; prepare executive briefings and program reports; support workforce planning and stakeholder coordination. Travel periodically for customer or partner engagement.

Develop, revise, and QA e-learning training modules based on SME content for CNS clinical assessments. Produce polished Storyline 360 courses and PowerPoint materials, apply feedback, support peer reviews, and maintain courses across product/patch releases.
