Serve as chief legal advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. Manage a portfolio of enterprise B2B SaaS accounts as the primary customer relationship owner. Build SMART success plans, align with Sales for retention and expansion, proactively identify and mitigate risk, drive adoption and executive engagement, and use data to demonstrate quantifiable customer value.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and ongoing account support for commercial and industrial customers in demand-response energy programs.
