The Partner Growth Principal at Via will build relationships, provide strategic guidance, analyze data, and drive revenue growth for transportation partnerships.

Monitor and optimize infrastructure from a centralized command center, elicit and document user and system requirements, analyze current systems and gaps, collaborate with developers to design and validate changes, and produce accurate operational reports and process documentation to support stable, reliable service delivery.

Frequent regional travel required.

Serve as the primary compliance relationship lead across clients, EPCs, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure Davis‑Bacon and apprenticeship compliance, collect and review certified payrolls, onboard stakeholders into Concord Caisson, monitor project compliance performance, train contractors, and drive corrective actions to mitigate risks.
