The Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving company growth by identifying prospective customers, generating interest, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for competitive, motivated individuals who enjoy prospecting, connecting with people, and creating opportunities through high-volume, organic outreach along with tech tools and support.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, networking, and other strategic outreach activities.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts to uncover transportation and logistics opportunities.
- Qualify prospects based on established criteria and schedule meetings for Sales Executives.
- Maintain a consistent cadence of daily calls, emails, and other prospecting activities to exceed activity and appointment-setting goals.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through effective follow-up and relationship-building.
- Record all prospecting activities, opportunities, and communications within CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure smooth handoff and progression of qualified opportunities.
- Research industries, markets, and target accounts to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed appointment-setting, activity, and pipeline generation targets.

- Customer-focused approach with strong listening and discovery skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
