Make outbound calls and emails to trucking-industry leads, educate prospects on ATBS services, place clients in the correct service level, close or transfer sales, meet daily call and talk-time goals, and help refine best practices while supporting team growth.

Lead end-to-end procurement, technical specification, and installation of manufacturing equipment and tooling. Manage vendor selection, contracts, factory acceptance testing, field installation, civil/foundation work, asset documentation, preventive maintenance planning, training, and spare parts setup for high-cost capital projects.

Produce technically deep long-form and short-form content (ebooks, guides, blogs, webinar scripts) for data platform practitioners focused on Databricks and Snowflake cost and performance optimization. Own research, drafting, revision cycles, and SME collaboration. Expand coverage to related platforms (BigQuery) and map cross-platform concepts while preserving platform-specific technical detail.

Lead development of long-term revenue operations strategies, analyze and optimize processes, partner with Product Management and leadership to define tech requirements, act as a BI/Qlik SME, implement operational changes, monitor success metrics, and champion cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and reimbursement and billing accuracy.
