Lead end-to-end integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across enterprise, commercial self-serve, growth, and international segments. Own strategy, execution, attribution, and performance measurement; partner with Product Marketing, Paid, Field, Lifecycle, Sales, and RevOps. Scale ABM, developer-focused acquisition, self-serve conversion, and expansion programs while building and managing a team of campaign managers.

Own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Hapi's connectivity product line. Source and manage integration partnerships, define connectivity architecture and developer experience, partner with engineering to build scalable integrations, establish operating processes and KPIs, and grow the connectivity business and team. Represent Hapi externally to partners and industry forums.

Install, test, troubleshoot and optimize in‑building DAS and managed networks. Perform RF benchmark data collection and analysis, CW/spectrum/PIM/OTDR testing, maintenance, fault analysis, link balancing, and support NOC and operators. Provide technical guidance, project documentation, and closeout deliverables while traveling extensively in the region.

Support execution of eCommerce product initiatives from discovery to launch. Partner with senior product leadership, engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to prioritize features, write specs, support A/B testing and analytics, and track product performance to drive business outcomes.

Design, provision, and scale AWS infrastructure with Terraform; manage ECS/EC2 environments; support CI/CD for Node.js and React apps; monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents; create SOPs; enforce security best practices and PCI compliance; participate in on-call and incident response; manage relational and caching data layers; collaborate with developers to improve deployment, observability, and reliability.

Lead and oversee branch administrative operations, supervise and evaluate staff, manage office performance, stakeholder and vendor relationships, and support strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations. Participate in departmental committees and perform other assigned duties.
