Lead the growth of the Perenimals IP: set content and channel strategy, define growth metrics, prioritize workstreams, manage a junior social lead and artist, create briefs and a content calendar, and pursue creator/brand/game collaborations and licensing while embedding the IP authentically in communities.

Lead creative projects from kickoff to delivery by coordinating designers and cross-functional teams, turning client goals into actionable briefs, managing timelines, scope, and risks, maintaining documentation, preparing regular updates and reviews, improving workflows with AI tools, and ensuring strong client relationships and excellent project outcomes.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calling (50+ calls/day), email and social outreach, research prospects, qualify leads and schedule meetings, collaborate with Account Executives, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, and meet weekly/monthly metrics and quotas. Commission eligible role focused on ERP software sales on the Salesforce platform.

Work directly with customers to design, build, and maintain data integrations and pipelines, troubleshoot ingestion/transformation/delivery issues, optimize large-scale data processing, collaborate with data scientists, and guide technical onboarding and long-term success.

Drive new business for cybersecurity, identity governance, MSP, and IT services across SMB and mid-market clients. Identify opportunities, conduct outreach and qualification, manage client conversations, collaborate on solutions and proposals, build partnerships and referral channels, and support deals through closure in a commission-based role.

Own audience analytics across website, email, and events to define KPIs (LTV, time spent, repeat visitation), reconcile data across CRM/ESP/revenue systems, build segments and re-engagement strategies, drive personalization and retention, report trends, and partner cross-functionally while using AI/agentic tools to scale insights and measurement.

Lead and support full‑accrual month‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations, A/P, A/R, payroll, and financial reporting. Clean up general ledger activity, assist with cash flow, disclosures, budgeting and annual planning. Communicate with clients and auditors, improve processes and internal controls, help implement accounting systems, and supervise staff as needed.

Perform billing, payroll support, accounts payable/receivable, Medicaid and VA payment recording, timesheet collection and EVV claiming. Learn and use CSM/ERSP/Sandata and QuickBooks. Prepare invoicing, separate W-2/1099 staff for payroll, initiate payroll batches, maintain organized accounting files and provide backup for payroll/direct bill tasks.

Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation: draft pleadings and briefs, prepare and respond to discovery, analyze policies and draft coverage opinions, conduct legal research using Westlaw/LexisNexis, review documents, attend depositions/hearings/mediations, and submit court filings while managing multiple time-sensitive matters.

Lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into functional specs, create user stories and process maps, manage product backlogs, support Salesforce implementation and optimization, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and collaborate with developers and QA in Agile ceremonies to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.
