Lead global commercial strategy and a team of nine Sales Directors to drive parts distribution and whole-asset transactions. Own revenue targets, pipeline, forecasting, and large multi-party deals; cultivate MRO, operator, OEM, and lessor relationships; align commercial activity with operations, pricing, and M&A, and support due diligence and integration.

Drive new revenue by pursuing state and local government contracts for offender electronic monitoring. Develop business plans, maintain a pipeline, respond to RFPs, negotiate multi-year service contracts, attend tradeshows, and travel up to 50%. Analyze sales metrics to grow market share and close opportunities.

Support execution of B2B marketing to drive employer awareness and leads: assist with email campaigns, website content updates, social and paid promotions, analytics, and daily marketing administrative tasks while adhering to brand guidelines.

Manage, build, launch, optimize, and report on paid search and paid social campaigns for clients. Analyze performance to identify growth and optimization opportunities, present results to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate multi-channel analytics.

Support authors and publishing professionals, optimize user conversion, maintain FAQs, and suggest product features to improve customer experience.
