Prepare, review, and submit Workers' Compensation EDI FROI and SROI filings using vendor platforms. Support digital marketing and communications by creating and scheduling social content, capturing/editing photos and video, updating website and email campaigns, tracking metrics, supervising volunteer marketing support, and helping execute fundraising and awareness initiatives. Attend events and handle shelter animals as needed.

Lead strategic sourcing for indirect categories (MRO, facilities, IT, services), run RFx and negotiations, onboard and manage suppliers, deliver cost savings and risk mitigation, maintain contract and procurement data, and partner cross-functionally to improve processes and supplier performance.

Own and scale partner integrations: define technical requirements, manage commercial relationships (SLAs, escalations), ensure data quality across payments and document processing, create processes and documentation to reduce verification time and operational friction.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of events and experiential programs. Manage timelines, vendors, budgets, logistics, staffing, marketing materials, volunteer relationships, and day-of troubleshooting.
