The Sales Enablement  Program Manager is responsible for transforming how Hammerspace captures, organizes, scales, and delivers knowledge across the GTM Organization. 

This role sits at the intersection of  knowledge management, learning, and enablement. It owns the evolution of an AI-powered knowledge ecosystem while driving modern learning experiences that accelerate employee readiness, improve knowledge discovery, and enable scalable growth.

Success is measured not by maintaining content, but by building systems that make knowledge easier to create, find, trust, and reuse across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and evolve Hammerspace's AI-powered knowledge ecosystem as the single source of truth.
  • Design AI-powered workflows, assistants, and knowledge retrieval experiences.
  • Develop scalable onboarding, certifications, and learning experiences.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Presales, PMM, Sales, and Customer Success to keep knowledge current.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend high-impact use cases.
  • Drive AI adoption and automate repetitive knowledge work.
  • Establish governance, taxonomy, and processes for sustainable knowledge management.
Candidate Profile
  • Intellectually curious with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Highly coachable and eager to receive feedback.
  • Passionate about AI and knowledge sharing.
  • Vibe coding experience, with demonstrated ability to leverage AI coding tools to rapidly prototype, build, and iterate on solutions.
  • Strong systems thinker who enjoys solving ambiguous problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Experience 
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience with knowledge management platforms; Obsidian is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, or structured knowledge systems.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $180,000-220,000.  Actual compensation will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional/education experience, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations. In addition, Hammerspace offers a broad range of health plans for medical, dental, vision, life and disability. We also offer 401k plans and flexible time off.
