Lead planning, staffing, execution, budget and risk control, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and transition to account management to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality deployments.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and post-launch optimization while supporting adoption and evangelism.

Own renewals and recovery of stalled enrollments by running outreach, calls, campaigns, and appointments. Build renewal cadences, scripts, and recovery processes. Analyze customer data to identify churn drivers and drive fixes with product, pricing, and partner teams. Act as the voice of the customer in cross-functional renewals work.

Design, develop, test, debug and implement operating system components, tools, and utilities.
