Serves as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle for PostgreSQL support, modernization, and Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migrations. Leads discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-value engagements, RFP responses, and customer evaluations. The role requires consultative sales, market analysis, senior-level influence, relationship management, and up to 80% travel.

Own 15–20 enterprise accounts across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Build executive and administrator relationships, develop success and account plans, monitor customer health, mitigate renewal risk, and drive measurable value. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Alliances teams to represent customer needs, influence product direction, and create scalable customer success playbooks and executive business reviews.

Lead accounting and financial integrations for acquisitions, manage purchase accounting (ASC 805), support ERP and financial system integrations (NetSuite preferred), improve processes and consolidations, and support month-end close and audits while traveling to acquired sites.

Owns retention, renewals, growth, customer outcomes, Net Revenue Retention, and CSQL generation. Partners with Sales, Product, Compliance Operations, Support, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to drive value realization and portfolio health. Builds scalable customer success programs, leads executive engagements, manages distributed teams, and supports customer meetings and industry events.

Leads the HR department and develops policies, programs, and initiatives supporting staffing, retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, and talent strategy. Partners with senior leadership, oversees recruiting and HR operations, analyzes workforce trends and HRIS metrics, ensures compliance with employment laws, and communicates regulatory and policy changes to management.

Monitors foreclosure timelines, compliance, investor requirements, exception reports, legal expenses, bidding instructions, and litigation-related loan portfolios. Serves as an escalation contact for associates, attorneys, and internal departments; performs quality control, reviews assigned loans, supports audits, updates procedures, and trains team members. Requires default servicing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of mortgage products and foreclosure regulations.

Design and optimize conversion-focused marketing website experiences using wireframes, prototypes, user research, analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing. Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams; ensure accessibility and brand consistency; interpret experiment results; and help build scalable, AI-assisted design systems and documentation.
