Open application for a small, early-stage game studio building a mobile 3D title in Unreal Engine 5. Design, build, and optimize end-to-end generative AI workflows for image and video production. Integrate ControlNet variants, manage model/versioning and LoRA stacks, create repeatable shot templates, test new tools/models, present findings, and act as a technical resource across creative teams while building external R&D presence.

Lead financial planning and analysis, manage budgeting and forecasting, conduct variance analysis, support month-end and year-end close, strengthen controls, optimize profitability, partner with senior leadership on commercial decisions, drive NetSuite and finance systems improvements, supervise and mentor accounting staff.

Build and scale an AI Visibility Dashboard and analytics platform, track brand performance across major AI apps, create automated content generation and schema markup tooling, ship production features quickly, and work directly with customers to solve enterprise commerce problems.

Produce and direct short-form social series end-to-end: develop scripts, cast talent, plan logistics, lead crews and on-set direction, drive edits to final platform-optimized episodes, and collaborate with internal teams and clients.

Partner with divisional leaders to deliver HR strategy, organizational design, leadership development, performance management, benefits administration, dispute resolution, and HR metrics. Drive HR programs, intake and triage employee issues, ensure policy compliance, coordinate projects (open enrollment, audits), and support culture and workforce planning across Western US operations.

Manage the lock desk and support mortgage pricing, Optimal Blue configuration, loan sale processes, hedge model audits, competitor rate tracking, and reporting/analytics development. Provide data-driven pricing recommendations and run daily pricing and forward reports to support sales, post-closing, and senior management.
