Lead technical and business development for natural resources practice, providing senior oversight of biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, permitting, client relationship growth, mentoring teams, and delivering multimillion-dollar energy and infrastructure programs.

Perform manual and automated UI/UX testing for a Ruby on Rails SaaS product, including exploratory, regression, cross-browser, and performance-focused tests. Collaborate with designers and developers, document reproducible bugs with logs/screenshots, improve test coverage and CI/CD processes, and support fast-paced release cycles to ensure responsive, intuitive interfaces across desktop and mobile.

Participate on audit engagements during peak season with formal and on-the-job training. Perform hands-on client work at Weaver or client sites, rotate through audit sections, communicate effectively, and support teams. Expect travel to client sites and occasional overtime while pursuing accounting degree and CPA credit hours.
