Megazone Cloud US is hiring a Database & Backup Operations Engineer to own day-to-day database operations and backup/recovery for a large North American automotive enterprise customer running a multi-account AWS estate (155 accounts). You will keep RDS, Aurora and self-managed databases healthy, prove that backups actually restore, and execute disaster-recovery runbooks when it counts.
The role sits in our Managed Services team as the customer engagement expands from standard MSP to Advanced MSP with a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE). You will work alongside OS/middleware, EKS, network/security and CCoE architecture engineers, with a 24x7 monitoring team in Vietnam handling first response and escalating to you.

A "Learn-from-it" Culture: We're moving fast and building new things. We believe mistakes are learning opportunities, not failures.
