Lead and grow Vive's sales across a large multi-state territory by coaching Territory Sales Managers, developing and executing regional sales and business plans, expanding distributor and retail relationships, and coordinating cross-functionally to meet revenue targets and market share goals.

Evaluate and resolve conflicts-of-interest for new matters, clients, and lateral hires. Own end-to-end monthly close and maintain GAAP financials in QuickBooks. Reconcile high-volume payment flows (Stripe), manage revenue recognition, sales tax/VAT, and chargebacks. Build scalable processes, controls, integrations, and automation (including AI tools) to support global multi-currency transactions and audit-ready reporting while partnering with the CFO and external advisors.

Provide accounting support including journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger analysis, inventory and AP/AR oversight, bank and floorplan reconciliations, month-end close support, and processing warranty and wire transactions while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Support day-to-day campaign operations across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels. Build and analyze reports and dashboards, implement and QA tracking, troubleshoot campaigns, coordinate client deliverables and internal workflows, prepare insights and presentations, attend meetings, and research new marketing and AI tools. Serve as U.S.-based backup for Ad Operations.
