Coordinates remote sensing projects from RFP review through acquisition and delivery support. Responsibilities include subcontractor scheduling, flight releases, work order management, invoice approval, proposal and pricing setup, FAA airspace review, technical approach evaluation, documentation, reporting, and communication among project leads, subcontractors, and production teams.

Owns day-to-day US payroll operations, including employee data governance, onboarding and termination processing, bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll, reconciliations, benefits deductions, I-9 tracking, audit support, compliance, and process improvements.
