Lead corporate legal matters, including governance, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, privacy, fintech transactions, employment issues, intellectual property, and corporate transactions. Draft and negotiate agreements, advise product and cross-functional teams, manage outside counsel, support fundraising and M&A, maintain corporate records, and improve legal compliance processes. The role is remote during CST/EST hours with periodic travel to New York City.

Own the technical relationship for Everbridge 360 AI customers, overseeing deployments, platform adoption, configuration, integrations, governance, documentation, and optimization. Support business continuity and resiliency programs, lead stakeholder meetings and QBRs, track adoption KPIs, provide administrator training, and serve as the primary escalation point. Creates executive-ready visual communications for federal healthcare programs, including social media graphics, briefing decks, one-pagers, dashboards, infographics, reports, toolkits, and outreach materials. Translates complex pilot and portfolio information into clear, accessible designs for senior leaders, governance bodies, and Congressional stakeholders. Maintains VA and VHA brand standards, ensures Section 508 and WCAG compliance, conducts quality reviews, coordinates with communications specialists, and manages multiple concurrent priorities and urgent requests.

Drive new business and grow existing accounts within a defined region. Maintain customer relationships, respond to inquiries, liaise with operations, report on activity, attend industry events, and maintain thorough product and competitive knowledge to meet sales goals.

Manages Global Capital Markets client relationships and transaction administration, including operational controls, risk and regulatory compliance, legal document review, cash flows, billing, reporting, issue resolution, and client service. Partners with sales, legal, risk, compliance, counsel, financial advisors, and service providers to structure and close transactions, retain and expand accounts, identify fee opportunities, and support departmental projects. May mentor associates and assist with product and process development.

Leads strategic payor partnerships and market expansion, including value-based contracting, enterprise deal development, executive relationship management, pipeline forecasting, and multi-year revenue modeling. The role coordinates with Legal, Compliance, Clinical Operations, and Finance to execute scalable market launches and build repeatable partnership processes. It represents Equip’s clinical and business value to major health plans and enterprise stakeholders while expanding access to virtual eating disorder treatment.
