Perform application-security engineering: run SAST/DAST scans, triage and remediate vulnerabilities, integrate Fortify/JFrog Xray/OWASP ZAP into CI/CD, support software-supply-chain/SCA efforts, and collaborate with developers to document and resolve security findings.

First-line participant support for retirement accounts via Intercom and phone; guide account setup, enrollments, deferrals, rollovers, withdrawals, and loans; resolve issues end-to-end and escalate when needed; build support content and AI-powered tooling; coordinate money movements and external custodial/vendor partners; surface recurring problems to product and engineering; own support quality, response times, and tone.

Provide phone, chat, and ticket-based support for grocery stores using an iOS POS. Troubleshoot iPad terminals and peripherals, resolve POS workflows and payment issues, document incidents, escalate complex problems, collaborate with onboarding/installation teams, and relay recurring issues to product and support leadership.
