Build, secure, and operate AWS infrastructure supporting AI services and federal applications. Build executive relationships with CISOs and security leaders, manage complex SaaS and security deals, develop territory plans, exceed revenue targets, and cultivate channel partnerships. Collaborate with solutions engineering, customer success, product, marketing, and cybersecurity teams while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Own daily tax-practice operations, including client document intake, scanning, portal administration, e-signatures, return delivery, billing, collections, vendor coordination, records, and procedure documentation.
