Manage strategic relationships with large payer and TPA clients, serving as the primary contact for an assigned book of business. Process SQL-based uploads, maintain accurate datasets, identify trends and anomalies, document reporting procedures, and create standardized workflows, dashboards, and tools. Clinical expertise as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or related healthcare professional is required.

Support and enhance enterprise compliance programs by monitoring escalations, researching regulations, performing control testing and data analysis, preparing management and regulatory reporting, managing investigations and regulatory responses, and collaborating with multiple lines of business to implement improvements.
