Build and ship full-stack features across a TypeScript/React frontend and TypeScript/Python backend. The role owns the annual brand plan, budget, and marketing calendar while building a high-performing organization across creative, social, content, partnerships, and activations. Success includes stronger brand distinctiveness, breakthrough campaigns, improved creative standards, and measurable contribution to business growth.

Consults with enterprise retail customers to understand business needs, design and demonstrate SaaS solutions, develop future-state roadmaps, scope statements of work, and support implementation handoffs. Lead business reviews and account planning, demonstrate client value, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and strengthen client satisfaction and advocacy.

Manage a portfolio of utility and energy-efficiency clients as the primary contact throughout program implementation. Build stakeholder relationships, coordinate internal and external teams, manage timelines, risks, and contractual deliverables, and maintain strong client satisfaction.
