Own product direction for an enterprise AI platform, including requirements, roadmap, acceptance criteria, scope, and stage-gate processes. Translate customer and stakeholder needs into prioritized, testable requirements; manage trade-offs among value, velocity, leverage, and technical risk; and partner with engineering on delivery decisions. Recruit design partners, validate customer needs, document decisions, communicate with executives and clients, and maintain disciplined delivery across multiple product teams.

Serve as the primary technical interface for enterprise clients, troubleshooting performance, scalability, reliability, and cost issues while providing technical consulting.

Help customers evaluate needs, demonstrate vehicle features and technology, answer questions, guide them through purchase processes, follow up before and after sales, and build long-term relationships and referrals.

Design and build a scalable Internal Developer Platform (IDP) using Kubernetes and cloud-native services, improve CI/CD and DX, enforce platform governance and security, lead MLOps/LLM infrastructure, mentor engineers, and align platform roadmap with product goals.

Manage approximately 60 strategic accounts, owning renewals, contract negotiations, expansion opportunities, account health, and commercial strategy. Owns strategy, financial performance, growth, retention, implementation, and executive relationships for high-value national home-services accounts. Leads cross-functional teams, manages forecasts and budgets, develops strategic account plans using Miller Heiman methodology, oversees marketing optimization and complex launches, conducts business reviews, and drives renewals, expansions, profitability, and long-term partner value.

Coordinate end-to-end testing across SAP applications and integrated enterprise systems. Administer Panaya Test Management, create test plans and cases, manage SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and interface testing, and coordinate schedules, resources, environments, defects, and resolution activities. Provide testing metrics, status reports, risks, and issues to project leadership while collaborating with SAP teams, business users, technical teams, and third-party application teams. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Build and optimize B2B inbound demand systems, including conversion funnels, landing pages, offers, campaigns, and technical content. Use AI workflows and tools such as WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Figma, and Google Ads to produce and iterate marketing assets. Track pipeline KPIs, improve lead quality and revenue outcomes, and collaborate autonomously with leadership in a deep-tech environment.

Provides high-level administrative, governance, and project management support to the President, CEO, and leadership team. Manages complex calendars, travel, meetings, communications, executive materials, board and committee administration, trustee relations, records, and strategic initiatives. Tracks project deliverables, coordinates stakeholders, maintains confidentiality, and supports effective organizational operations in a fast-paced office environment.
