The attorney will coordinate litigation teams, work with partners and co-counsel, and progressively assume independent ownership of cases. Responsibilities also include developing potential matters and contributing to original case and business development.

Leads a small-to-medium parts distribution center, overseeing warehouse operations, service levels, KPIs, P&L, budgeting, safety, employee development, and cross-functional supply chain initiatives. Develop and secure technical sales opportunities for power transformers and substation equipment. Build relationships with utilities, EPCs, consultants, manufacturers, and suppliers; prepare technical and commercial proposals; support pricing, negotiations, and customer presentations; define customized transformer and substation solutions; collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and international teams; mentor sales engineers; and create technical marketing materials to expand market share.

Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers, onboard and drive product value, build relationships, craft success plans, influence product roadmap, and guide security and incident-response stakeholders on web/cloud security using IONIX technology.

Own demand generation strategy for Dispatch and Youreka, including channel mix, marketing automation, CRM, lifecycle campaigns, content, pipeline generation, reporting, and KPIs. Lead BDR strategy and targets, manage marketing resources, test positioning and messaging, and build a scalable marketing engine from an early-stage foundation. Partner closely with sales and product marketing to improve conversion, support launches, and drive measurable revenue growth.
