Leads Black Duck’s technology alliance strategy and builds a scalable partnership ecosystem across application security, DevSecOps, AI, cloud, and developer tools. Owns the full partnership lifecycle, including partner identification, executive relationship management, complex negotiations, integrations, commercialization, governance, and performance measurement. Collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to drive partner-sourced revenue, customer adoption, market expansion, and strategic platform differentiation.

Designs and builds engaging maps, arenas, objectives, and combat spaces from concept through blockout. Collaborates with mechanics, AI, engineering, environment art, and cross-disciplinary teams; presents ideas, iterates through playtesting and feedback, improves gameplay tools, and mentors junior designers. The role requires strong game design knowledge, 3D level-building expertise, engine experience, communication skills, and a portfolio of shipped or playable level design work.

Sell new business and manage and grow a portfolio of commercial real estate clients. Conduct prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiations, closing, onboarding, training, renewals, and account expansion. Build relationships with brokers, owners, investors, corporations, and other industry professionals through client meetings and events. Represent CoStar as a brand ambassador while exceeding sales targets and delivering consultative, customer-focused solutions.

Own commercial and federal contracting, including SaaS, software licensing, vendor, channel partner, and government agreements. Draft and negotiate contracts, maintain templates and playbooks, and advise business teams on transactions and compliance. Support the General Counsel with data privacy, employment law, corporate compliance, entity management, intellectual property, and governance matters across U.S. and international jurisdictions.

Monitor and analyze SIEM alerts, respond to security incidents and client tickets, troubleshoot vulnerabilities and malware, and provide recommendations to strengthen client security postures. Maintain application, web, and infrastructure security controls; collaborate with clients, vendors, and IT professionals; monitor vulnerability intelligence; and produce technical status reports and contract deliverables.

Provides office management and front-office administrative support, coordinates distinguished visitor tours and special events, maintains visitor procedures and governance documents, tracks taskers and deliverables, manages spreadsheets and SharePoint, supports space and infrastructure management, and briefs senior leadership. The role requires coordinating across multiple organizations, managing facilities-related issues, maintaining records and databases, and supporting research, reports, and ad hoc projects in a fast-paced cleared environment.

Own performance creative strategy across multiple B2B, SaaS, and technology client accounts. Responsibilities include concepting ads, writing briefs and scripts, analyzing creative performance metrics, developing testing hypotheses, researching competitors and trends, collaborating with media buyers and creative teams, and presenting strategy to clients. The role also involves managing timelines, using AI tools for research and ideation, mentoring associates, and contributing to audits and pitches.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial agreements throughout the contracting lifecycle. Maintains contract templates, FAQs, and CLM records; advises business partners on legal matters; delivers training; and identifies opportunities to improve legal service efficiency through process optimization, automation, legal design, and technology. The role collaborates across departments and may require occasional domestic or international travel.

Coordinates fellowship education programs, events, logistics, communications, learning materials, alumni resources, calendars, and operational priorities. Maintains and analyzes program data, creates basic visualizations, supports cross-functional projects, and helps deliver a strong experience for fellows and alumni.
