Lead product vision and P&L for clinical automation within Greenway's ambulatory EHR. Define strategy, roadmap, and KPIs; drive AI/GenAI-enabled workflows, partner with engineering and go-to-market, and manage product teams to increase provider adoption, efficiency, and revenue.

Lead renovation and development engagements from diligence through occupancy. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, consultants, permitting, site visits, risk mitigation, and change orders. Drive business development, client relationships, and thought leadership. Mentor staff and, when applicable, manage team performance and hiring.

Provide HIPAA privacy and security subject-matter expertise to OCR: review complaints and breach reports, evaluate technical sufficiency of security submissions (pen tests, forensics, vulnerability assessments), produce technical reports and recommendations, advise on HIPAA/NIST/ISO-based policies and security programs, and support incident response, risk analysis, and security architecture efforts.

Lead and build the GTM RevOps infrastructure: architect HubSpot and integrations, maintain pipeline analytics and forecasting, ensure CRM data quality and enrichment, support marketing operations and attribution, standardize quote-to-cash and handoffs, and maintain the sales playbook to remove friction and improve revenue processes.
