Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Runpod’s AI cloud platform, including GPU infrastructure, serverless endpoints, APIs, foundational services, and developer experience. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Content, Demand Generation, and other teams to translate technically complex AI and enterprise software capabilities into compelling stories for varied industries, personas, use cases, and customer segments.

Own Halter’s North American events strategy, calendar, budget, delivery, and ROI measurement across national activations, conferences, stakeholder events, and regional field events. Lead and coach event specialists, partner closely with sales and marketing, support Territory Managers, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure events generate pipeline, brand awareness, and customer value. The role requires commercial judgment, creative event development, strong execution, and frequent engagement with ranchers and onsite event teams.

Build production AI agents and agent-powered features from research and prototyping through deployment. Develop evaluation infrastructure with golden datasets, regression suites, and offline/online scoring. Own retrieval and context pipelines, production instrumentation, failure taxonomies, and cost and latency budgets. Partner with data science and product management on experiments and agent behavior, while establishing LLM engineering patterns, guardrails, and reusable tooling.

Manage high-volume pre- and post-sales marketing deliverables, translating AI, data, identity, and platform capabilities into client narratives, proposals, presentations, and enablement materials. Partner cross-functionally on product marketing, positioning, sales training, field marketing, events, and thought leadership. Develop scalable collateral libraries and explore AI-powered tools and workflows to improve marketing and sales efficiency.
