Manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycles, including invoices, collections, vendor onboarding, aging schedules, and KPI reporting. Monitor cash positions, execute payments, administer banking platforms, and reconcile accounts. Own financial systems administration and integrations, support month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, assist with reporting and variance analysis, and support payroll and employee expense processing.

Guide architecture, testing, deployment, CI/CD, security, cloud optimization, and regulatory compliance. Mentor developers, oversee technical delivery, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead migration and modernization of on-premises applications to AWS.

Design and analyze roadway and transportation infrastructure projects, including alignments, grading, drainage coordination, maintenance of traffic, and corridor design. Prepare plans, specifications, estimates, technical reports, and calculations according to CDOT, AASHTO, and local standards.
