Lead and scale Legal and Compliance functions, manage a 3–4 person team, own contract lifecycle and Ironclad CLM workflows, build compliance programs (MNPI, privacy, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA), advise leadership, collaborate cross-functionally, and create policies, training, and controls to support growth.

Lead fundraising activities for a pooled democracy fund: research and cultivate donors, manage donor pipeline and CRM, write and submit grant proposals and reports, project manage development workstreams, maintain calendar and fundraising materials, and support the Fund Director on strategy and stakeholder engagement.
