Provide systems engineering and implementation support for 50th Space Communications Squadron: design, configure, troubleshoot, and document NIPR/SIPR, telephone/Red Switch, and network encryption solutions; ensure DoD architecture compliance; produce reports, procedures, and coordinate with government and contractors. Requires strong communication, documentation, and DoD infrastructure experience.

Provide account services and consultative financial guidance to members, open/maintain accounts, originate consumer lending applications, refer internal partners, perform transactions and cash handling, support online banking, and promote member acquisition while following policies and regulatory requirements.

Serve as the link between commercial strategy and field execution across North America. Work with sales and marketing to translate strategy into actionable plans, drive CRM and commercial tool adoption, support territory and account planning, coach field teams, activate customer-facing programs, and bring field insights to cross-functional teams to improve commercial performance and revenue growth.
