Support HR initiatives across talent development, HR operations, compensation, benefits, recruiting coordination, HR analytics, and employee engagement. Conduct research, generate HR reports, develop resource materials, assist program implementation, and contribute to special projects under the supervision of HR leadership.

Support systems engineering across the full lifecycle for classified aerospace/defense programs: requirements decomposition, architecture, interface definition, integration and test, verification/validation, MBSE artifacts, coordination with software/test/cyber teams, and configuration-controlled delivery in Agile environments.

Drive new revenue across an assigned territory by managing the full sales cycle, building long-term client and partner relationships, conducting demos, negotiating contracts, meeting pipeline and revenue targets, and coordinating handoffs to implementation teams.

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable within Acumatica: invoice production, cash application, AR reconciliation, aging and collections, credit application first-pass review, and AR reporting. Define and lead cloud and platform architecture for scalable, secure, cost‑efficient cloud-hosted applications. Oversee shared platform capabilities, review solution designs, embed security and governance, design data and integration platforms, lead migrations and modernization, set observability and resilience patterns, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and SRE teams.

Sell Pivotal Health's reimbursement and IDR platform to hospitals and health systems across the Midwest. Generate pipeline with CFOs and revenue cycle leaders, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, own account strategy and forecasting, support negotiations and contracting, maintain executive relationships, partner with Customer Success for onboarding and expansion, and improve sales motion and CRM hygiene (Salesforce).
