18-month rotational trainee program exposing recent graduates to sales, branch operations, customer service, inventory and safety. Hands-on experience, mentorship, equipment training, and a career path into branch management, outside sales, or operations.

Develop GTM and contracting strategies, manage pipeline and forecasting, pursue RFPs/contract vehicles, recruit and coach a government sales team, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and reimbursement. Own CRM accuracy, reporting, and executive presentations to scale public-sector revenue.

Coordinate technical execution of construction projects with project managers, clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams. Prepare and manage project documentation, perform material takeoffs and bid estimates, oversee procurement and vendor buyouts, track installations and budgets, lead job closeout, support design and value-engineering reviews, and participate in BIM coordination and scheduling to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Provide responsive customer support via email, chat, and community channels; learn product SKUs, inventory, and fulfillment flows; track shipments, handle returns, and coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners; and improve support workflows, FAQs, and documentation.

Perform civil/structural engineering and design tasks for power plant upgrades and new projects under senior supervision. Assist with calculations, modifications, equipment walkdowns, and design changes to improve plant performance, safety, and reliability. Work involves field and office duties, travel to client sites, and maintaining unescorted nuclear plant access.
