Prospect into named enterprise accounts to generate pipeline for think-cell Essentials through research-driven multi-channel outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn). Lead discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, hand off to Account Managers, follow up on inbound/marketing leads, manage pipeline and activity targets, and keep CRM (Salesforce) updated while sharing field insights with sales leadership and marketing.

Design and lead architecture for scalable, secure cloud-native applications on GCP; define agentic AI architectures, APIs, and integration strategies; mentor teams, enforce governance, and drive DevOps, observability, and performance best practices.

Manage and grow parts and service sales within an assigned territory by building customer relationships, conducting on-site equipment assessments, proposing maintenance solutions and contracts, coordinating with service teams, and maintaining CRM records and territory reports to maximize uptime and profitability.

Manage a book of B2B client accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Monitor account health, run business reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, prevent churn, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with sales and delivery to drive retention and growth.

Provide on-site Tier 3 escalation and day-to-day administration for cloud and on‑premises infrastructure. Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, patching, monitoring, VPN/wireless, hardware/software troubleshooting, PowerShell automation, documentation, and ticketed SLA-driven support while assisting cloud engineering and improving enterprise IT operations.

Provide technical assistance and on-site support to partners for AutoStore software modules. Troubleshoot incidents, spare parts, warranties, delivery quality, robots, and networks; document solutions, contribute knowledge base, train partners, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with Sales and R&D to improve service readiness.

Serve as final escalation for complex, visible client technical issues; provide advanced troubleshooting for data-driven applications, databases, APIs, Java, Linux, and networking. Liaise with customers and internal teams during implementations, mentor junior staff, maintain shared environments, create knowledge-base documentation, and participate in on-call rotation.

Prospect and develop new business clients for merchant services and funding through targeted outbound outreach, pipeline management, negotiations, presentations, and partner communication while meeting revenue and conversion targets and staying current on industry trends.

Own product direction for fulfillment and generation of transcripts, diplomas, and equivalencies. Drive outcome-focused roadmaps, collaborate cross-functionally, leverage AI for discovery and prototyping, use analytics to inform decisions, run customer research and testing, and deliver measurable improvements to reliability, scale, and user experience.

Lead design, build, and deployment of production-grade generative AI products (LLM apps, agents, copilots, RAG/search). Rapidly prototype features, build APIs, services, and retrieval pipelines, optimize performance and reliability, ensure responsible AI, translate research into product, and mentor team members.
