Own full-cycle recruiting for attorney roles, including sourcing, cold outreach, screening, pitching, negotiation, offer management, and closing. Build an independent candidate pipeline and attorney network, maintain ATS/CRM records, partner with hiring stakeholders, and consistently achieve a target of 15–20 hires per month. The role requires strong outbound recruiting, relationship-building, negotiation, organization, and quota performance in an onsite environment.

Conduct research on frontier AI systems and develop datasets, experiments, prototypes, tooling, evaluation frameworks, and reinforcement learning environments.
