Manage a portfolio of strategic clients using NPS Prism to deliver CX insights, drive loyalty strategies, support Bain case teams, grow accounts, lead client engagements, and use AI/workflow automation to accelerate insight delivery.

Lead Strala's claims function end-to-end: build and scale claims teams and systems, partner with sales and customers, and translate claims expertise into AI-driven product and workflow design. Serve as an executive sponsor for clients, participate in hiring and operations, and collaborate closely with engineering to define data, workflow, and automation strategies.

Manage a portfolio of advanced robotics and manufacturing initiatives from planning through execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, monitor budgets and schedules, mitigate risks, ensure contractual and deliverable compliance, prepare status reports, and improve project management processes to deliver manufacturing-focused technical solutions.

Lead and scale a distributed data engineering organization: design and maintain cloud-native data infrastructure, build ETL/ELT pipelines and event streams, ensure data quality and observability, deliver dashboards and analytics tools, partner with product and business stakeholders, and manage analytics project prioritization and team performance.

Drive outbound marketing and revenue by developing territory business plans, servicing and building referral sources, executing presentations and trade shows, using CRM for forecasting and KPIs, collaborating with admissions, billing, marketing and clinical teams, and maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Make outbound calls and send follow-up texts/emails to seller leads, update CRM, follow a seven-day contact cadence, nurture long-term leads, and set qualified listing appointments for agents.

Lead client engagements for semiconductor and high-tech firms, driving supply-chain and operational transformations, business development, and C-suite advisory. Oversee project delivery, staffing, risk mitigation, and commercialization efforts while expanding the firm's market presence and delivering measurable performance improvements.

Own end-to-end revenue and project accounting for power plant projects: revenue recognition (ASC 606), deferred revenue and costs, CIP to capitalization, fixed asset management, SOX/internal control ownership, month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit support.

Develop and manage distributor and end-user accounts across Latin America using solution selling to meet revenue and margin goals. Prepare proposals, deliver sales presentations, attend trade shows, prospect via cold calling and field canvassing, manage pipeline and forecasts, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with Sales Director on strategy. Must reside in a major LATAM city near a major airport and travel up to 50%.
