Lead and execute full-funnel marketing to build brand and qualified pipeline. Own end-to-end mechanical architecture for robotic manipulators and end effectors, from requirements through design, validation, and production. Define CAD/GD&T standards, apply DFM, lead reliability (FMEA/FTA) and supplier development, integrate sensors and HW/SW interfaces, mentor mechanical engineers, and resolve systemic mechanical risks for fielded autonomous yard automation systems.

Lead enterprise growth by defining market strategy, building executive relationships, and driving complex, multi-year transformation pursuits. Orchestrate cross-functional teams to create executive-ready proposals, use data and AI-driven insights to create pipeline, and ensure customer value realization through ROI-based success metrics. Serve as a trusted advisor, influence C-suite stakeholders, and model Force Management’s values while contributing to thought leadership and brand stewardship.

Architect and deploy scalable Inventa data-management solutions, lead complex enterprise integrations (APIs, on-prem, cloud, SaaS, data lakes), resolve architectural performance and access issues, create global architecture guides and documentation, and feed product improvements through field insights. Customer-facing, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers: troubleshoot API integrations, own support tickets end-to-end, support onboarding and implementation, maintain documentation and runbooks, track support metrics, relay product feedback to engineering, and partner with customer success and sales to protect account health and drive renewals.

Embed with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy production generative AI applications on SambaNova hardware and SambaStack. Architect LLM workflows (RAG, agents, fine-tuning), optimize inference performance, troubleshoot across model/software/hardware layers, translate field needs to product teams, support technical sales and POCs, develop reusable reference architectures, and present results to customers and internal stakeholders.
