Leads process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives for a business unit. Identifies opportunities, researches and implements best practices, develops performance metrics, consults internally, and creates enterprise-wide improvement plans. Requires extensive process improvement, planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership experience, with preferred expertise in PBM claims, SQL, Teradata, Python automation, vendor management, Lean Six Sigma, prior authorization, eligibility, and Salesforce.

Define interfaces, requirements, configuration controls, supplier specifications, acceptance criteria, and building interfaces. Lead integration across mechanical, electrical, controls, software, safety, and operations, including industrial protocols such as VDA5050, Modbus, OPC UA, and CAN. Troubleshoot deployed systems, manage supplier conformance, support field resolution, and provide technical leadership while remaining an individual contributor.

Leads product cybersecurity and regulatory compliance for regulated products. Responsibilities include threat modeling, security architecture reviews, risk assessments, secure SDLC guidance, vulnerability remediation, SBOM and supply-chain security, regulatory submission evidence, audits, and cross-functional cybersecurity workstream coordination.

Build security tooling and customer-facing transparency systems; oversee SBOM, vulnerability management, vulnerability disclosure, and bug bounty programs. Assess vulnerability severity and exploitability, publish security advisories and CVE records, coordinate disclosures, answer customer security inquiries, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, customers, partners, and security researchers. Apply AI to security workflows and use software engineering and automation practices to improve security processes.

Provides on-site Tier 1 IT support by triaging tickets, fulfilling service requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, email, printers, networks, Active Directory, Office 365, and macOS issues. Provisions accounts and workstations, maintains documentation and procedures, monitors systems remotely, improves support processes, and delivers customer-focused service. Prior IT support experience is required; MSP experience is preferred.

Own and scale automated testing frameworks, expand end-to-end coverage, lead QA initiatives, and perform automation, API, mobile, and regression testing. Collaborate cross-functionally to define coverage, analyze risks, debug defects, and improve CI/CD test execution through GitHub Actions. Champion quality engineering practices across the organization while supporting web and mobile application stability.

Engage and grow a scaled Tech Touch customer base by driving OneSignal adoption, managing inbound conversations, delivering 1:many programs, and improving customer health. The role partners cross-functionally to identify engagement and expansion opportunities, uses data to provide relevant resources, and guides customers from implementation through adoption at scale.
