Lead and build the company tax function, overseeing federal, state, and local tax compliance, ASC 740 provision and deferred tax analyses, tax return and K-1 coordination, tax structuring and monetization support, tax reporting for financings, audit management, incentives and PILOT analysis, control development, team hiring and development, and special compliance projects (ITC, prevailing wage, withholding).

Monitor PnP pipelines, perform proactive health checks, triage failures (infrastructure, UTF/Analyzer, mature pipeline logic), perform simple fixes, escalate complex issues to pipeline owners with logs/context, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct trace tagging and measurement alignment.

Analyze historical demand, occupancy, transactions and competitor pricing to optimize daily, monthly, and event pricing. Build dashboards, deliver revenue insights to leadership, and collaborate with Operations and Marketing to implement pricing and promotional strategies while maintaining data integrity.

Own end-to-end execution of trade shows and live events, handling logistics, vendor management, travel, on-site staffing, budget and ROI tracking, sales enablement, and integration of AI tools to streamline workflows and measure pipeline contribution.

Manage and analyze accounts receivable functions to ensure compliance with controls and accounting policies, drive collections, reduce DSO, resolve payment disputes, support month-end close and cash forecasting, maintain ERP customer records, and develop billing and collection policies.
