Leads complex business and technology transformations from strategy through execution, adoption, and value realization. Develops operating models, business cases, roadmaps, governance, portfolio processes, and organizational change strategies. Advises executives, facilitates decision-making, applies practical AI fluency, shapes consulting pursuits, manages commercial outcomes, and coaches consultants while strengthening transformation methodologies and offerings.

Documents defects in Jira, contributes to test planning and acceptance criteria, and collaborates with engineers and offshore QE teams.

Develops and manages DoD and Federal business opportunities, customer relationships, and multi-year revenue pipelines. Conducts market and competitive research, identifies and qualifies opportunities, tracks pipeline metrics, supports RFIs and Sources Sought responses, and assists capture and proposal managers with capture plans, gate reviews, and proposal development. Requires familiarity with DoD acquisition, federal opportunity data-mining tools, business development processes, and customer engagement.

Lead legal talent acquisition strategy for the law firm by maintaining candidate pipelines, building sourcing partnerships, forecasting staffing needs, coordinating hiring processes, managing offers and background checks, supporting onboarding, and optimizing recruiting tools and processes. The role requires autonomous stakeholder management, strong communication, candidate engagement, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Leads strategic sourcing across supplier portfolios, including supplier identification, qualification, onboarding, negotiations, contracts, cost reduction, and supplier performance. Manages product transfers, insourcing, manufacturing transformations, component transitions, and new product introductions. Partners cross-functionally to ensure supplier readiness, quality, service, cost, timeline, risk mitigation, and production launch success.

Supports accounting and operations for venture capital and private equity clients. Responsibilities include processing invoices, expenses, payroll, benefits, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, vendor setup, and banking transaction coding under US GAAP. Reviews Staff Accountant work, provides training and technical support, approves expense reports, and serves as a client and team contact. The role is remote within approved U.S. states and requires strong communication, independence, and attention to detail.

Own the roadmap and platform capabilities powering 6sense’s agentic AI ecosystem, including agent runtime, orchestration, state management, tool registration, developer frameworks, observability, evaluation, reliability, and multi-agent workflows. Partner with engineering, applied AI, infrastructure, and product teams to enable scalable, secure, enterprise-ready agent experiences and improve developer velocity across the organization.

Provides first-line support to clients via phone, video, and email; updates and configures client systems; partners with Client Success Managers on new applications; reviews peer configurations for accuracy; resolves issues while meeting service-level agreements; and collaborates with the support team to administer government assistance programs.
