Leads national account risk placement activities for new and renewal commercial insurance business. Develop sales strategies, analyze agency performance, establish and support new agency relationships, conduct office visits, negotiate with distribution partners, and collaborate with Product and Underwriting teams. Use data, analytics, digital sales tools, and AI technologies to guide decisions and improve sales performance. Travel within the assigned territory up to 75% of the time.

Develop and deploy machine learning models for manufacturing use cases including predictive quality, machine failure prediction, and time-series pattern discovery. Work directly with customers to scope problems, validate solutions in live deployments, and translate successful analyses into product features. Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams while applying statistics, optimization, generative AI, and agentic AI to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Own B2B pipeline generation as KodeKloud’s first dedicated B2B marketer. Responsibilities include scoring and segmenting product-qualified accounts, building learner-to-team lifecycle campaigns, managing self-serve conversion, creating demand through webinars, podcasts, thought-leadership advertising, original research, and vendor-listing channels, and developing positioning, sales enablement, and attribution systems. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role focused on pipeline dollars and building the marketing function from zero to one.
