Lead paid UA strategy and execution for rewarded traffic across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, DSPs and rewarded networks. Manage seven-figure monthly budgets, balance CPI/CPA and Net ROAS with partner/network health, partner with network partners on deals and troubleshooting, own measurement and payback modeling, pilot new channels, and represent rewarded UA cross-functionally.

Lead and build Prophecy's end-to-end revenue operating system: revenue modeling, single executive dashboard, full-funnel attribution, SLAs and routing, campaign lifecycle, renewals and expansion rigor, weekly forecasting and Revenue Council, RevOps tech stack ownership, and a small RevOps team working directly with CEO and GTM leaders.

Provide administrative support for Talent & Culture, serve as first point of contact for team members, coordinate training and development, manage compliance (Workers Compensation, OSHA), and support culture-building activities and policy implementation to foster an inclusive workplace.
