Deploy and manage systems, develop monitoring and automated recovery, troubleshoot complex incidents, coordinate with vendors, document SOPs, support live broadcast components, and participate in L2 on-call rotation.

Lead Data & Integrations Engineering to enhance healthcare integration and data platforms. Manage delivery processes, team development, operational excellence, and cross-functional partnerships.

Own new business growth in an assigned territory by building territory/account plans, prospecting into enterprise accounts, engaging multiple IT stakeholders, leading complex sales cycles (discovery, POC, executive presentations, negotiation), selling software/services/support, partnering with internal teams, managing customer expectations, and consistently exceeding quarterly and annual bookings targets.

Lead the development of procurement strategies, drive vendor management, ensure cost savings, and establish procurement processes in a remote-first environment.

Administer and optimize the HRMS as a Super Admin, configuring modules (payroll, time, benefits, comp), managing integrations, reporting, audits (SOX/ITGC), testing, troubleshooting, automations, and special projects to ensure data security and system performance.

Lead large-scale, cross-functional process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma. Coach leaders, deliver Improvement Academy training, manage project lifecycle, track performance and dashboards, and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.

Manage full sales cycle for FareHarbor reservation software: prospect, demo, negotiate, close, and support implementation. Build relationships, use CRM, track performance, gather market feedback, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive revenue.

Partner with large enterprise customers to define AI strategies, prioritize high-impact use cases, drive enterprise adoption, measure outcomes, and lead cross-functional teams to realize business value from generative AI.
