Negotiate commercial agreements, analyze pipeline performance, and identify new partner opportunities while operating autonomously across the West Coast region.

Own the organization’s end-to-end YouTube strategy, including channel architecture, content cadence, audience growth, editorial direction, packaging, analytics, experimentation, and monetization. The role partners with production, creative, marketing, social, and partnerships teams; develops growth playbooks and performance reporting; identifies revenue opportunities; tracks platform and creator trends; and coaches teams on YouTube best practices.

Own monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, GAAP reporting, ASC 606 revenue recognition support, audit schedules, tax and corporate compliance filings, collections, billing, cash application, and bank reconciliation. Manage multi-state compliance, billing disputes, AP invoice routing, and finance support tickets. Improve accounting processes through automation and AI while supporting NetSuite implementation and optimization.
