Develop simulation and optimization systems for PV and battery storage layouts, component selection, and electrical configuration. Translate physical models into reliable, scalable software, shape computation infrastructure, write tested code, mentor teammates, collaborate cross-functionally, and own services through production and on-call support.

Leads enterprise category management and strategic sourcing across multi-site manufacturing operations. Develops category strategies, conducts spend analysis and RFx processes, negotiates complex supplier agreements, manages executive supplier relationships, and drives cost reduction, supply continuity, risk mitigation, and supplier performance. Partners with engineering, operations, quality, logistics, finance, and legal teams on NPI and capital projects. Mentors procurement professionals and oversees governance, reporting, compliance, and sourcing best practices.

Designs and executes reliability, validation, and accelerated life testing for advanced materials, components, and electrochemical systems. Operates and improves pilot-scale hydrometallurgical systems, troubleshoots process equipment and instrumentation, analyzes complex performance data, and recommends design or process improvements. Develops test methods, monitoring strategies, procedures, and technical documentation while supporting root-cause investigations, corrective actions, safety compliance, and cross-functional technology commercialization.

Sells heavy-duty truck and trailer parts and services to business customers within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include growing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, planning sales calls, assessing customer needs, maintaining CRM records, communicating FleetPride’s value, coordinating internal resources, and developing product knowledge. Success is measured by territory sales, customer mix, and gross margin.
